dandelionsweet The reason I made a low offer is that I saw that you had been inactive for a while. I didn’t want to buy the dress and then make your ship time go way up if you didn’t check the app for a few days. Making offers is a polite way to get sellers’ attention without damaging their shipping history. I would have been perfectly fine with a higher counteroffer.
