Sorry you felt the crocs were not a 5 rating. They had only been worn twice and the bottoms were shown in the pictures so not sure why you mentioned not clean. They had been scrubbed. I would not send anything out that was not clean. You got a great price as well. Hoping your future dealings go better since you are new to Poshmark. Thank you again for your purchase.
