Hi Ryan! I’m very sad to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase. The bag has not been repaired, my husband just informed me that there was a waist strap that he cut off! I truly didn’t know that when I listed. I sincerely apologize for this issue! I will be happy to refund your money and pay shipping charges to return it or you can keep the bag.
