aracelids @rosyruns Hello. I am so sorry for the delayed response. Yes, 100 percent, you should have received an official tracking notification once USPS scanned into their system. And that’s at minimum. Once we as sellers ships the item, I always mark that I just shipped so, you as a buyer will receive a courtesy notification that it was shipped. You can go under ‘my purchases’ and click on the status and see what it says.

aracelids @rosyruns If you haven’t received any notification in the least bit and nothing is pulling up for tracking information, my guess is that it hasn’t been shipped yet. I hate to say that but, that is what it sounds like. Let me know if you are having trouble pulling anything up and I’ll try to assist on my end. I hope this helped. 💕💕💕

rosyruns @aracelids Thank you for the helpful information. It shows it as still awaiting shipment. At what point does the pmt revert back, if the items are never shipped? (I assume the seller rating would also go down in this case?)
