Hello Rosa, I received the boots back. I apologize for the damaged inside, it seems like the lining is deteriorated, not by wearing them but because of the material quality. I have seen this before with faux leather purses and jackets, look fine until you touch them.. I'm sorry to have given you an unpleasant experience, as I take great care when it comes to my closet.
