kattalestv I left an email to Poshmark. I'm waiting to understand if I'm suppose to send you and the other buyer a label. I figured out what happened and how: The items were misshipped due to making the decision to double protect each item with another bag to make sure they weren't damage due to rain or snow. When they were double bagged the items were placed by mistake in each's other's shipment behind the counter at the Post Office. Never happened before. As soon as Poshmark advises I'll let you know.

kattalestv We'll get it sorted. By going the extra mile, with the double bagging, the items got in the wrong box. I left two messages to Poshmark via email and via this site, I guess they are busy. I can't find a direct phone number if you have one let me know. I don't want to be breaking any rules about returns - it seems logical that as long as the items were in the same condition when originally shipped. I don't have duplicates. We'll figure it all out.

kattalestv Hi, thanks for your patience Poshmark sent an email saying that you received the label. Steven checked earlier in the day and has yet to receive the label. As soon as it is on the way I'll let you know. He is going out of town on Valentine's Day. Hopefully your label is on the way. I'll keep you informed. KAT
