Hello, you bought my Erin Fetherston black cropped jacket and, I’m sorry, but I could not find the removable bow. I took it off for storage and couldn’t find it before shipping it to you. It’s a beautiful jacket without the bow, too, so I went ahead a shipped but if you’re not pleased, I’ll honor a refund. I’m sorry for the inconvenience- thank you for your purchase!

Hey, I decided to cancel the order because I don’t want you to wait, I’m so sorry, it never happened to me before. Hopefully I can find the shoes and if you still interested I will give you the best deal. I keep looking but it’s not easy when you have a lot of boxes to unpack and organize, well it’s only my fault . I promise to contact you as soon as I find this beautiful shoes.

Wow- after reading your comments so far I’m sad to have to be another mistake. This is something I’ve never done nor thought I would do, but I blame my 3 kids being home and being so overwhelmed with life. I accidentally put the wrong label on your shoes and they are on their way to the wrong person. I messaged them and as soon as they get there she will put your correct label on them and ship them to you. I sincerely apologize and hope you’re ok waiting a few more days to get your shoes. 😔
