I just looked up the tracking information and it says you gave Poshmark incomplete address. Poshmark is the one that sends me the shipping label. I'm going to email Poshmark because I have never had this happen. You may have to email them also from your end.

Ok, I just got done submitting all the tracking and documents to Poshmark asking what needs to be done in returning it to you. You need to look at the address you provided and see what is insufficient about it that the post office would state incomplete. I sure was surprised and confused when I seen your rating because I made sure it was pleasing. Other people see the reviews and doesnt look good. I will let you know when they message me back.

I email again. I just opened a email that they sent to me after I already shipped the box to you telling me they didnt have a shipping label for that weight and it needed to be done in 2 shipments like I thought but thats not the problem we have at the moment. I will see what they say but probably im going to have to pay and reship myself because probably as far as they are concerned the matter is done. Im going to have to have all of your correct address information though.

I emailed them and told them since I hadn't receive any word from them on the label, I went ahead and shipped it anyway. Your right though, the usps was still going to send it to you. I'm just trying to stay in compliance with policy but you've paid for it so I'm going to make sure you get it. As far as your address goes, is the information that was sent to me by Poshmark correct but lacking something? If so just tell me what the part is that it's lacking?

I have a feeling the package isnt going to get here until Thursday due to Holiday. What I would like you to do if you dont mind is send Poshmark a snapshot of the usps notification and explain to them step by step as to what happened and tell them you need them to send the correct address to the seller (me). I think this needs to be handled through them as much as possible.

I want to try and do this the correct way of solving this issue. So that way Poshmark is still involved for both of us as seller and buyer. They received their portion of fee and this needs to be handled. You need to tell them they have the wrong address and send them the documentation you received. I have sent them my notice I got from usps.
