Hi Rob! I can't go that low on the shorts you made an offer for, since I will not make any $$, since PM takes $2.95 from sellers on orders under $15. What I can do is add the shorts to closet clearout for $16. However in addition to that you would get discounted shipping at $4.99 which is a $3 savings on shipping fees.
