marshmnd Rita, I didn't know where else to address your questions. The fur was created in the late 80s by Jack Waltzer of Waltzer furs in NYC. I just went to look them up on line (as you can as well) but they are closed permanently. They were BIG TIME back in the day and all I can tell you is, you have a really fine coat there. (It was over $6,000 when my husband bought it for me). Cold storage is desirable yearly, but at the very least during the summer months. enjoy! thanks for your note. Meg
