richelleknowles @gabbycriscuolo …they have been trying to deliver the dress since June 19th and say that they are unable to access the address for delivery. They have tried to deliver it several times. Is there anything can be done? I used the pre-printed label when I shipped it last week. Thanks!

gabbycriscuolo @richelleknowles hi I have been tracking it and see that they are trying to deliver it but I’m not sure why they can’t. I have been home so they should be able to buzz my apartment and get in and I’ve had no issues getting other packages. I’ve filed a claim with USPS and have been in contact with my local post office to try and pick it up there.
