The blouse is Gorgeous! It is 23" Long and the Bust is hard to measure because there is an interior button that cannot been seen, that can be buttoned for a tighter fit, or left unbuttoned for more room. Also, if you wear a tight camisole, underneath it you may pull your bust in. It's up to you, how tight you tie the blouse. If you want a specific Bust measurement, tell me from where to where you want it measured.

Did you see and understand all the comments I made about the shirt. When I am thin, I button the buttons, when I've gained some pounds, I don't button it. It still goes across you and ties. It's an unbelievable blouse.
