Select where & how to store items (one side of closet, containers?) select a place to take photos of items. Good lighting, packaging (accepted boxes to mail in, packaging tape, scotch tape, scissors and some tissue paper (that’s what I use) to wrap up the items you sell and mail out)...also a printer to print out mailing labels.😀

And because I was a phlebotomist, I couldn’t have callouses on my fingers—so it stayed locked up in its case until I had to sell it. drsimonssays @lbextras there is one very sweet lady on here whose husband is a strong smoker. She goes through everything you can imagine to keep the smoke off of the clothes. She cleans or dry cleans them and then immediately puts them after folding into big Ziploc bags to try to keep the smoke smell that’s in the house, out. It works pretty well, the bag still smell but the bags go in the trash soon as they come. She definitely tries as hard as she can.

drsimonssays Another tip might be putting a little square of a dryer sheet in with the items. I’m not sure how much it does for smoke, it just smells like smoky sweetness to me, but it does help for stuff that is old or musty.☺️ The only other recommendation I might have is using a USPS standard size box in the future so that you do not have to fold such a nice purse. ☺️

The US needs to invest in its primary care docs SOON, or there will be no more....if we earn a spot in school, and promise to practice in the state for 4 years—the state should pay....and we should have to work at least one day in a county or underserved hospital/clinic to help with the lack of physicians who did not sign up to take ACA....

People don’t understand that most PCP’s work an AVERAGE of 4-6 hrs per day UNPAID after their regular shift to make sure notes are done, scripts are ordered, messages returned—all done for FREE. A lawyer will charge $150 every 15” and people are cool with that, but pay the doc $10 for a copy of their 300 pages of medical records!! What!?

drsimonssays @momto2ds It’s just sad. I loved helping people, and giving people all the time they needed. But you can’t live on seeing 1 patient per day,we need to go single payer. It’s the only thing that will bring down costs. I feel so bad for the new Med students now who will have all the debt,all the responsibility, all the malpractice cost—and the nurse practitioners will make more than them because they have no overhead, they are under the malpractice of the doc, and school is WAY cheaper. Smh.

drsimonssays @kdekeyso yes! I’ve been on a “vacation” of sorts in MI bringing my 12 ft python to the awesome breeder that is working on his passion project—a reptile zoo. It has been hard because he is a bit freaked out by the smell of THOUSANDS of other animals. It’s been extra tough because 2 days ago it was Suicide Prevention Day—and that’s the reason I’m here....😔. I’ll be back home by Friday night and will take another look this weekend! :)
