verge_527 @terri_wowk I'm guessing anyone who has asked to email them and to do offers are fake account... and everything should be done on postmark platform... I have done ebay and same thing happened and I had customer service to help but there's no customer service number to talk to anyone for poshmark..

terri_wowk @verge_527 You are absolutely correct, never go off the app. They are only trying to scam you and you'll wind up losing money. People here are usually very good. You will see the range of people who are willing to pay full price and those that low ball offer. But there are a fair amount of people who go right in the middle and will be respectful and decent.

terri_wowk @verge_527 I had to use Poshmark customer service once, and they were very good. But you are correct, there is no one to talk to, it all is automated and they send you messages. They deliberated very fairly on the case that was under dispute.

terri_wowk @verge_527 The best advice to get your items noticed, is follow other people and share some of their items. Look for people who have lots of followers because then it will be seen by many more people.

terri_wowk @verge_527 It's all about the algorithm. If you can post 2 to 3 items a day, that definitely puts you higher on the noticeability scale. That is what I mean by promoting. Also, the more sharing of other peoples items you do and the more people you follow, you do get boosted up & are more noticeable.

verge_527 @terri_wowk ebay is what I started doing the pandemic and it has been good but if I can expand to help get rid of my inventory, I would love that and that why I started poshmark...🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

terri_wowk @verge_527 Poshmark has a kind of a bank account. So your sales will accumulate into this account. When you're ready to make a withdrawal and send to your own bank account, then you put in your payment info. I think they like to keep the money in the app so you are prepared to make a purchase from the funds that you have made.🙂

terri_wowk @verge_527 I believe your candles are ok but I think they need to be in a sealed package. are they in a glass jar? When you post them, they will ask you to verify it will be carefully packaged to avoid breaking in transit. I see a lot of handmade items. Jewelry, paintings, blankets, etc. Go for it!
