susanraymonds because your living in the best time in your life and I know when you get old like me you will love the fond memories of raising your family and your children Will be there to help you too it's life and that's how it goes when we're blessed I am at the start of getting old in these past few years when I got into my 60's and I can't do what I used to do cause I didn't take care of myself it's very important too. I learned how to except my limits it was hard I live in chronic pain

susanraymonds cause I worked the wrong type of work when I was young I Cleaned swimming pools for 13yrs I live in Florida I didn't wear sunscreen sunglasses or good support shoes I wore 5dollar flip flops and now I wear special socks and shoes I tell people so possibly I can help someone to not make the same mistake of not bending down with our knees to pick anything up I have nerve damage and arthritis throughout my whole body etc. I won't go into anymore God bless keep you an yours
