ambonellica Hi Rebekah! I just got a notification to ship your order but I wanted to let you know I dropped it at the post office (inside) yesterday (Tuesday)! alabamabecky @ambonellica the heel came off the boot the first time my daughter wore them in the house, I was able remove the screw that had come through the insole and repair the heel & replace the insole.

ambonellica @alabamabecky I am truly sorry for this experience. There was no sign inside or out of the heel having any problems. Had this been the case - had I noticed or felt any problems- I would have just donated them. I am glad you got them for such a good price and hope that once the heel is fixed she will get more years of wear out of them. Again, I apologize and please know I take pride in my transparency in describing the items in my closet. Wishing you many blessings and happy shopping. 🙏💞

havefaith28 Rebekah, I took.thr necklace out wrap up for you and the last bead came off from the clasp. I feel terrible and dont know what to do here. It's so old I think it needs to be re knotted. I'll post a pic so you can see and lmk your thoughts. 😥
