Hi Liz, I set up the pack and play- this isn’t the nuna sena aire this is the mini - I could have bought this brand new for $199 and free shipping. We need to discuss a return for a partial refund. This is not what was advertised on your site

Good morning - considering I have not had a response from you for selling the wrongly described nuna travel crib I thought the least you could do is send the equivalent of $140 off. The right thing to do is to send a return or a partial refund
