OMG! Rachel, I am sooooooo sorry. I am also in the doghouse now. Did I send you the Cowboys jacket with the Cowboys patch over the left chest instead of the one with the large Cowboys across the front? I have 2 Cowboys jackets that are similar (both have the helmet/NFL logos on the arms) and in a rush to get it out, I must have grabbed the wrong one off the hangar and sent it to you!!!! My wife and I have matching Cowboys jackets and I sent the match instead of the one I photographed.

You are correct, there was a stain on that Jacket!! My sincere apologies. If I post any more Cowboys merch., I will contact you first and give it at a generous discount for the mistake, or if I post anything to my closet that you may have interest in, I will do the same as well. I am very upset that I did this, it is very out of character for me. - Jason

@stillstylish49 The jacket does have the patch on the left side, NOT "COWBOYS" across the front. I'm personally UPSET by this transaction (my FIRST on Poshmark). I BELIEVED that I was buying the jacket shown in the photos but SADLY the situation is what it is; therefore, I'll just say "you're welcome" for tying my hands and forcing me to NOT pursue any sort of recourse over this mistake. Again, I'm happy (despite my internal rage) that my boyfriend is happy with his surprise birthday present.

@soosiez Hi! I don't know what the heck happening! I haven't moved. At first, USPS says insufficient address and was returned to sender. I put in a service request and now USPS says I've moved without a forwarding address and returned to sender? I'm so confused!

@dukdukguz408 Wow this is so weird isn’t it! All I can guess is that maybe I mailed it to the wrong. All I do is take the label information that Poshmark sends me a print it out on my computer and then mail it to the recipient. Maybe you stop by your post office and I would for sure contact Poshmark tonight online you can go to this purchase I think and send a message to them or go to posh support. 👍

As far as I understand, it's on its way back to you. I'm just wondering why it hasn't been scanned in two days. Poshmark says they'll send you a new shipping label to use to send back to me. What a nightmare this is.

@dukdukguz408 hello there Rachel. I picked up the package today put the new label on it and it should be back to you with your apartment number 185 on it. It appeared that that’s what was wrong with the original mailing once you’ve received it just except I have to contact Poshmark again about this I think. Anyway they sent me a new shipping label and it’s on the way. I think what was missing was👍

@dukdukguz408 Please contact part support because the number they sent me was 185. First one had no Apt address on it the second one again had 185.
I’ve been having a dialogue with the pie support system I will let them know what you said to me. It was a remailed back to you yesterday bye-bye

@soosiez I sent a message to costumer service as well. I noted that it's probably going to be returned to sender again because of the wrong apartment number. I even verified my address with customer service and it's still wrong!

The gal at Poshmark told me that if it doesn’t show delivery progress to get back to her.👍 After all of this back-and-forth if there’s any damage to the product you can file a claim with the post office. I hope and pray nothing happens .....you have been most patient....it just the beautiful hat!!!

@soosiez I'm so happy to hear that it turned out to be 105! I hope that there isn't any damage despite crossing half the country twice. If there is, I'll file a claim with USPS. Honestly, I think all this drama has made me more excited to receive the hat! Fingers crossed nothing else crazy happens.
