ellecollective Hello. I was disappointed with your rating for the Madewell sweater that You purchased. I have never said it is ‘like-new’ condition as you have commented. It still looks good and has no rips or tears and is not shrunk. I am always extremely careful to describe the product to avoid any disappointment.
