joiedevi @presnpier I need to get in contact with you regarding your order asap. My sister, we sell together and she is in charge of printing labels and shipping, accidently sent your shoes to the wrong buyer somehow. I need to contact you about how you want to remedy the situation moving forward. I have contacted the buyer who will be receiving your items and am awaiting a response. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We have been re selling our items together for years and this is a first for us.

presnpier Totally understand. You can just mail them to me when you get or send the person receiving them a shipping label with my address so they can just mail them to me instead of you having to do shipping twice more.

joiedevi @presnpier thank you for your understanding! I have been trying to get in touch with the other buyer but haven't had any luck so she may send them back to me and I will ship them to you. Is there anything you would be interested in, in my closet under $20? I will throw it in you package free as a token of my appreciation of your patience😉 Either that or I can offer you 25% off any future item that is $100 or less.

joiedevi @presnpier, I have some not so good news about your order again. I guess there was some confusion when I split the lot up. the shipment email I received when someone else bought the other 2 shoes was the same as the first. So you are going to receive the wrong pair of shoes. I am so sorry this has become such a mess. I am just going to refund your purchase tomorrow & when I do receive your shoes I will ship them to you anyway. Again my sincerest apologies for all this mess.
