rachelgantz @lolobai the silicone that is supposed to be inside the adjustable part of the necklace is out making it non adjustable and having to be set as a longer length.

lolobai @rachelgantz that maybe a shipping issue. I would recommend searching the product box and pouches carefully it may have fall off there. But nothing is actually broken right?

rachelgantz @lolobai the silicone pice is still on the necklace you can see it in the picture posted too where it is not I. The clasp like it is supposed to be I am going to take it to the store and see if they will fix it
