glamourbeauty Hello Rachel, I wanted to inform you I accidentally swapped your order with another customers. I have already contacted poshmark support and they will probably send you a return label. I can re ship you the purse and swap everything back to get this straightened out or issue you a refund, so sorry for the inconvenience!!

glamourbeauty @rachelcal the other buyer contacted me and we are both waiting to hear back from poshmark support! When you receive the package go onto your account and try to file for a return and explain I swapped the labels on accident so you received another customers item. I imagine they will send you a pre paid shipping label to return the box back to me. I am so sorry for this mess up, but don’t worry we will get this all straightened out!
