yvetteklein @p_chef Posh holds the money until I receive them. I’ve bought and sold many things when you sell something you print the label( which is prepaid postage) put it on the box oh bag and drop it at post office. As soon as I receive it I have three days to make sure item is as described. I always release payment as soon as I receive items.

yvetteklein If you click on the icon of your name on the lower right, then click on my balance. It will say pending, because I have already paid as soon as I receive item ( they track it and know when it’s delivered) the payment will move to your redeemable balance. You can use it as credit or have it deposited to your debit or checking.

yvetteklein Posh does it this way to protect both the seller and buyer. Please ship the bras and Posh will release the money ( that they already collected from me) to you as soon as I get them. Posh is very good about this. you can buy and sell with confidence.

yvetteklein @p_chef I sent you a screenshot of the receipt. Showing the change to my credit card. Posh has the money and will release it to you as soon as I receive the bras. To look at the receipt I have sent, click on the little circle that shows your name, then click on my sales, then click where is says VEIW CONVERSATION…. then the last message I sent you contains the receipt. I understand your hesitancy, but rest assured you will receive the money from posh.

yvetteklein I’ve sold over 250 items and I have gotten paid 100% of the time.

yvetteklein Posh will not even put the little sold sign on your stuff until they have secured the money. For example, If someone were to purchase something and their credit or debit card was declined posh will not mark item as sold. They will send messages to both buyer and seller that the payment method needs to be updated. Please please please ship the bras I guarantee you will get paid.

yvetteklein That opens a list look at the one that says your guide to poshmark. That contains lots of great information on pretty much any question you may have. Also, on the first list at the very bottom is an option to contact posh support. Once you figure it out it’s pretty easy.

yvetteklein I learned by playing around on the web site… it might take a little time. I also sent posh a message asking them to help you. I can wait until you are comfortable with it for the bras. If you have a specific question post it here and I’ll try to answer

p_chef @yvetteklein I clicked on the lower left where my name but didn't see a balance. I do see now that it says the bras are sold. there's no address or anything for shipping. if you're comfortable with calling me I can give you my phone number. I do have to doctor appointments tomorrow dealing with my cancer treatment. Thanks Diane
