Hi! I'm so sorry I didn't see your message sooner. I have requested a refund from Poshmark to you for the Vera Bradley backpack bag. It was sent, but like you said, I can't see scans or even the most preliminary of tracking. If Poshmark can't reverse the charge for you, then I will send the 16.00 back to you asap.
