helenandbetty1 @katrinascamber Hi, thx for the feedback but I think you got my order mixed up with someone else’s. You bought the blouse on May 4 and I posted it the next day Wednesday May 5 and you received it either Friday or Saturday. I would say that is super fast ship time. Not sure it could have gone any better. With regards responsiveness - you never asked me any questions. Anyway take care and thx you for your purchase.

jocogood Hi, thanks for the feedback on the LOFT velvet top. So sorry you were disappointed with the ship time. I actually put it in the mail the same day you purchased it, but it was a holiday weekend (Labor Day) which could have delayed delivery. I hope you enjoy the top.

carlys_threads You purchased the Gilded Intent shirt from me…you mentioned ship time could improve… you purchased it at 6:04 pm ans I shipped it the next day… the 13th…you received it on the 15th… that’s a 2 day ship… don’t know what I could have done differently???
