Hi there i have proof of original purchase for the ergo i sold you. If you would you like to return you have the right to but poshmark is not fond of you posting spam and harassing sellers on their listings. Thank you

@jelenavu i contacted Ergobaby customer service, sent pictures of the item, and they told me it is a counterfeit product. Had they told me it was genuine, I would not have had a problem. It is very suspicious that you have so many brand new carriers for sale at significantly cheaper prices than the originals. Why would you buy brand new carriers for $180 and then sell for $80-100? You would be losing money.

@jelenavu I did request my money back and was told that wasn’t possible because the payment had been released to you, even though I had not accepted the item. You shouldn’t be selling fake items that could hurt babies because they aren’t safety tested.
