trunganh79 I’m so sorry! It is surprising to hear that. Everything supposed to be brand new and sealed. Which one are you referring to that was used? Was it the collagen one??? what I can do for you? Please let me know. I will try if I can.

farmgirlang It’s about 1/4 full which is maybe how they come with what looks like a finger scoop out of it. No worries. I appreciate the samples. I was just disappointed but it could have come that way!

trunganh79 Hello! This is Trunganh! So sorry that I forgot to check the collagen Hydrator before I sent to you. I feel really bad that it has been opened. I don’t have anymore of this collagen otherwise I would resend it to you. I only found a little bottle of collagen Hydrator with net wt .25oz. Can I send it to you and a jade facial roller to make up for you??? I’m a million times sorry! I would not send to you if I knew it wasn’t brand new.

rosasvqvcloset @farmgirlang they had to move packages over from the post office by my work and it started to scan last night my my towns postoffice! It will hopefully get to you soon! Enjoy🥰
