I'm sorry, but I can't accept such a low offer on an authentic item. I will have to decline. I see you sent a higher offer then canceled then you made a very low offer. I suspect you are young and perhaps having fun with elderly people lol. At my age, I need to make money to pay for bills and my medications. I hope you find another vest at the price you are looking for.
