simple_treasure Hi Paula, I saw that you were not satisfied with your purchase from my closet. I apologize for the confusion regarding the coat. The item is labeled “rain coat” as it is described being treated to have water-resistance. The fabric is 100% cotton as you stated, though the tag indicating that was included in the photos for the product. I am happy to assist in the process of returning the item, though from what I can tell from the FAQ, that process must be initiated by you.
