alikho Patty, I am besides myself with frustration over your purchase. I have been in contact with Poshmark about the "pending shipment scan" in tracking because I put it out for pick up on Wednesday and have a video recording of the mail person picking it up and putting it in the van. I am a fast shipper and my sales arrive three days after purchase at the absolute latest. I will check with my post office tomorrow but I'm truly sorry for the delay.

alikho I spoke to the post office yesterday and they said they’d look into it and give me a call back before the end of the day. When I did not get a call back I filed an Online Help Request Form which is only an inquiry. I will only be able to file the Missing Mail Search Request form 7 days from Sept 13, 2021 if the package hasn’t been delivered.

alikho I called again this morning only to be told the Kearney, NJ redistribution center roof collapsed during Ida and mail is being redirected to 3 other plants and is hard to track. It should have been scanned when the van arrived at the Summit Post Office. I will keep you updated. Again I’m so sorry.

alikho I'm sorry that you were so unhappy with the boots' width that you rated them 1 star. In my listing the 9th picture of the inside by the INC brand says that it is in fact a wide calf, the circumference measures 16 inches. Please let me know if you'd like to return them for a refund so I can initiate it with PM because I'd rather return the $7.05 I made on them than suffer a 1 star rating for using the brands classification of wide.
