angel2102093 Hi patricia!! I just wanted to let u know this has been shipped. I dont know why its not showing a scan yet. My mail has been slower with the covid and prob the holiday. But we also have a new mailman to. so i just wanted to touch base with u so u know whats going on. Im going to give it til tuesday and if its not showing ill go down and fig out whats going on. I shipped two packages that day so just praying its just delayed. But ill keep u posted. Im so.sorry for the delay!

vintage_voice Hi Patricia, I'm sorry if you were disappointed with your Cole Haan shoes- I purchased them from DSW where they were, presumably, new and unused. They have been sitting for awhile in my office/warehouse, so there may have been some minor dust/dirt that accumulated on them from sitting in storage.If you felt like the wear to them was clear, you should have returned the shoes as being not as described. I really am sorry you were not happy with them- have a happy holiday. Take care, VV
