buckaroobonzai Ok I went to the post office and they said that they’ll have a supervisor check on it will call me back today. They said not to worry that it’s not lost and it should get there even though it isn’t tracking. I’ll let you know what the supervisor finds out...

buckaroobonzai @blommer600 so I never heard from anyone at the post office but I checked the tracking this morning and all it says is that the pkg is “on its way to a USPS facility.” I’m hoping this is good news.

buckaroobonzai @blommer600 I went back to the post office just now and spoke to a supervisor who said they can’t locate the pkg and it isn’t tracking. She said give it until Tuesday and she’ll see what she can do. She said lost or damaged, unreadable pkgs go to a facility in Georgia. I can file a claim after 15 days, but that doesn’t help you get your hat. I’m not sure what more I can do. I’ll definitely follow up with the supervisor Tuesday and see what she can do g out. Sorry for all this rigamarole. 😬

buckaroobonzai Still no word on the hat. I went ahead and emailed the supervisor I spoke to on Saturday to see if there’s anything more she can find out. Man, this sucks. In the event the hat is totally lost, you’re welcome to pick another hat from my closet and I’ll send it to you. Or any other item that’s of similar price. I can just use the same shipping label.
