alrodi333 Hey! I'm sooo sorry to have to tell you this but I tested the flat iron before sending it, & it's not heating up properly. it's brand new so it must be a manufacturing issue. I have another flat iron that's A LOT better quality, but used. it's a T3 "singlepass" 1" inch Tourmaline + Ceramic plates, up to 450°F, Adjustable Temperature, White & Black flat iron.
