@stylepret they didn't give me a price for the alterations yet because the first thing they tried was scanning it and it did not show up in their system. Do you have any record of the purchase and/ or remember when it was purchased?

It would have been purchased around 2010, unfortunately I do not have the records. Nordstroms generally will accept it if the tag is intact for alterations.
