I feel your 1-star rating is unfair. Ratings are supposed to be an OVERALL rating. Your item's new with tag, was shipped promptly, wrapped nicely, included a thank you note, etc. that PM suggests to achieve positive ratings.

I'm sorry it did not fit you, I found it to be true to size or would have stated otherwise in the post. But that alone does not constitute only 1-star.
For future reference, if you are concerned an item may not fit -- reach out to the seller and ask questions BEFORE purchasing.
Also, feel free to re-sell the item in your PM closet. You now own it and can do with it what you will. Thank you. And hopefully you have better success in your future choices.
