mel_pet65 Hey! I saw you got the Rough and Tumble bag! I forgot to include the warranty info in the package so for your records: The order number for your bag is 34160. And the warranty started June 22, 2019. If you don't know their website, it's roughandtumbledesign.com if for any reason you need to make a warranty claim. Hope you enjoy the bag and the amazing leather smell!!
