labebesa Hi, i want to inform you that i just received bag but im not happy with it. The bag seems that its been used. Its not new. The tag was attached inside but still was used. You can tell like the handles, stains, scuff marks, and metal scratches. I want ro return it and want a refund. Hope you understand! Thank you

labebesa I did, and will do more tomorrow in sun light. I have 3 prada bags and bought them new. I don't know if you bought it from someone else but its been used you can tell. Authenticity cards gives date of purchase also, dust bag its supper dirty of been used for more than 3 yrs. I will send pics to your email tomorrow morning. Thank you
