agentlewoman Hi Pat! I’m glad you loved the velour jacket but was confused why I only got 3 rating and the reasons! This was brand new and had been hanging in a closet since I received it. (Very clean). I packaged it in tissue paper/plastic (in case box got wet) and it was shipped the very next day (the 5th and today is the 8th)! Yesterday was a holiday with no delivery. Can you please let me know what I could have done to improve service? Thank you! I really strive to have 100% customer satisfaction! 💕🌸
