hillaannaa Hey hun! I shipped the box out and they shipped it back to me because additional postage is required :/ it was too heavy for Poshmark’s prepaid label. I’m gonna request a new label

hillaannaa @panaiota hey girl! here’s the response I got from Poshmark: “Please note the 5 lbs label we provide with each order is the base (lowest) label. If your item exceeds 5 lbs and or is dimensionally large, the seller is responsible for upgrading the shipping label on the app and paying any additional shipping fee difference at the Post Office. Also, please be sure to use the shipping label we provide as it is our systems only way of track and account for each order.

hillaannaa @panaiota hey hun, I just got an update from Poshmark. they have confirmed the authenticity of the dress so they will be shipping it your way soon. they suggested I reach out to you to let you know that the dress hasn’t been dry-cleaned so the very bottom shows a little dirt from being out in the garden. it’s not muddy but it just looks gray.

hillaannaa since the dress is being shipped in a box, it will come wrinkly so all of those things will not be noticeable after you get the dress altered and dry-cleaned :) please please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or issues. I also sent along 2 pieces of jewelry so I hope they will remember to include that in your package ♥️

hillaannaa @panaiota hi again :) got a message from USPS: “we attempted to deliver your item at 1:49pm on November 7, 2019 in flagstaff, az 86004 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available.” you will need to arrange redelivery by using the ‘schedule a redelivery’ feature on the tracking page or you can pick up the item at the post office on 11/8

hillaannaa Hey girl! The note I got from Poshmark: “Thanks for your email. Please note we record all orders and accessories that are included with the items. It looks like the small note and gift were included with the order. The gift was placed on top of the dress before the box was sealed.” :( I’m sorry, that’s so weird that it wasn’t in the box
