I checked to make sure I shipped all the napkin rings. There is none left here. I put them all together in a box after I took pictures to post them for sale. I do remember wrapping then to ship to you. Since your order did not go directly to you and was delivered somewhere else…someone must have opened the box….please contact your postal service. I do not know what to do from this side. After I ship them, I have no control of the ir. I hope this gets fix. Again, I am sorry this happened
