cincin1183 Due to the fact that I got laid off, I’m a single mother w/ 3 kid doing it all myself! The reason I wanted $30 was due to the fact my son needed new boots. So what I did was offer for u to pay $30 & instead of $7.97 u will be paying $5.95. So u get a discount for shipping that saves u $2.02 which actually saves u $2 on this purchase instead of $1.
