Hello Oxana, saw your review on the Prada. I haven't had any problem with any of items I have sent out; and haven't had any feedback like this! I truly did not notice the scuff on the shoe; I apologize. You can use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and "very lighly" rub it off. If the scuff doesn't go away, feel free to return the shoe!

@jacquie6174 it is not even a scuff but a deep scratch , leather is damaged and the only thing that can be done is to paint it. I will return the shoes.
