I had no idea it was prohibited actually im sorry. i didnt see the email that said it was canceled until after I sent it so basically you can just keep it im not upset about it. im trying to get them to pay me back but if they say for you to send it back just keep it please im happier with you having it honestly. it's only $8 so don't feel too bad!
