fashionny03 @novaangela Im terribly sorry about the sweater. My children have been very sick and in an our of the hospital. I wasn't home as I mentioned to ship the sweater myself, my nanny did it. She did not mention to me the condition it was in and I am so sorry. I would never have shipped the sweater without dry-cleaning. I apologize terribly. As you can see I have exceptional ratings and this is EXTREMELY unlike anything I would sell. So sorry for this.
