I shipped your item, but it is not showing up as scanned by USPS. I am very sorry for the issue. I shipped your item within 24 hours of purchase, and opened a case with USPS after 3 days. So frustrating! The Necklace is NWT and gorgeous. I understand if you need to cancel the sale. But can you please let me know if it eventually reaches you?
