Hi 👋🏼, thank you for shopping in my closet. I strive to ship out items the same day they are purchased, but with the holiday weekend and Hurricane Dorian all of the Post Office locations are still closed. I’ve looked into locations hours away and they are all closed 😩. I am so sorry for the delay in delivery 😔😣

I just looked at the shoes in person & the laces are pristine. The "crease" in the front is so minimal, too. They literally look new. Not sure what you mean...
