mickensiew Hi Nikki, I’m so sorry but I shipped you the wrong cleats. I will get the other ones that you actually ordered to you ASAP! For the inconvenience, you can pick any item from my closet $12 or under that you want for free. I will pay for the shipping as well. You can keep the other cleats being shipped to you or if you have no use for them I will pay for you to ship them back. I am waiting to hear back from Poshmark to help me fix this mistake. Again I am so very sorry 😐

nstoecker82 @mickensiew The mistake cleats arrived today- I’d like to send them back to you, but I’m not sure how to do that. Posh sent me a notice to open a case, but I don’t want this to count against you - it was an honest mistake. How would you like me to proceed?

nstoecker82 @mickensiew ok- I’ll put them in the mail before this weekend. We’re getting a cold snap tomorrow, so I probably won’t be going anywhere but work and home. Will the shipping cost be the same or was it more to ship them?
