kalawren Hi, I just received the veronica beard short sleeve sweater. There is something black on back neck and left shoulder- just wondering if you could tell me what it is? Hair dye? Mold? Thank you, Karen

tinyposhdancer @kalawren hello! The sweater is new and not been used before, I do not recall seeing a stain when I shipped it. I have never dyed my hair so I think that would be out. And I store all my items in my personal closet where there is no mold (if not I would have moldy clothes, which I do not). I would suggest trying maybe a shout wipe or some cold water and soap to see if it comes out.
