I am sorry you weren't completely happy with your purchase. If you needed more of a description, you could've requested it. I dont understand the cleanliness complaint. They were brand new.

I’m sorry, you were not satisfied with the shipping time of your shoes. You received your shoes in 2 days. As far the cleanliness of the shoes, they were brand new with the tags still attached.
