dejanew_csovi Hi Nicole, I'm so sorry the USPS did not handle the package with care. If you take a picture of the box and contents, I label them as fragile, and make a case with Poshmark they will make it right. Hopefully the poor rating can be changed as well as it only reflects on me and not the USPS. You will get a quick resolution if you reach out to Poshmark, they are incredibly fair and responsive❣
